Tourism awakens US investors Interests

A hundred of North American investors met in Nicaragua to learn about projects in areas like tourism and real estate. Update
As a result of the meeting in Managua, five companies have entered into an agreement to develope tourism, Roads and housing, and medical attention facilities to five regions, Granada, Masaya, Juigalpa, Puerto Cabezas and Bluefields. Three are Nicaraguan-US joint venture corporation., one an NGO from Germany-US and another a Washington D.C. based Corporation.
The arrival of the medical equipment and Meds we have been working on since last year was successful. All shipments were received and accounted for. The Prefab housing projects 2nd phase was also approved and have been submitted to the Bank for addtional funding. The RAAN community still needs to approve both hospital and housing projects proposed by us with the support of New Orleans medicle training center.
