While she does not know herself which is the concession granted to the mining company in the zone where they discovered veins of titanium, chromium and limestone, near the Reserve of Bosawás, will not allow any activity of exploration, it affirmed to minister of the Atmosphere and Natural Recursos (Marena), Arturo Harding.

The established mining companies in Nicaragua were informed Wednesday on the results into the investigation that during three years made the Administration of Geologic Studies (Adgeo), assigned to the Industry, Ministry of Public Works and the Economy and Commerce (Mific), that detected the existence of those metals near the Labú river, in the Independent Region Atlantic North (RAAN).

Nevertheless, Jorge Luis Préndiz, director of that dependency, explained that the sampling and geoquímico analysis it is not sufficient to determine if the found thing will justify an industrial process; reason why they will make the exploration that could require an investment of between six and eight million dollars.

It said that some concessions given in the zone of damping of Bosawás are not operating, because there are dispositions of the Marena that prevent it.

Héctor Mairena, civil employee of the Mining Camera of Nicaragua (Caminic), explained that the problem causes to a discretionary practice on the permission of the exploration or operation to it in the zone of damping of the biological reserve, although the companies must now fulfill a series of measures to mitigate the environmental impact.

The minister of the Marena limited itself to say that international definitions for the protection of the reserves exist, that include the zones of damping.

It said that it is necessary to know the details the concession and the extraction methods that will be used, to decide if they approve or not it exploration or operation, although did not discard to make adjustments as long as the environmental damage is avoided. .

I would not think everyone would be doing it. Just seems that you sell anything, thats all. Your not a builder but you sell houses to build. You sell wind mills but you are not a contractor in that industry. You sell Islands and land on the Caribbean coast but don't own anything in Nicaragua. You claimed to be from the Atlantic people but you were not born there and are not of Indian people. Caterina was a big project with the Mayor but He has never heard of you. After contacting your Priest friend about all the medical supplies and Free Estes trucking you claimed to be doing they nor he had any idea of this deal. In fact, they never hear from you at all.
Maybe that when Peter Tsokos came to Nicaragua it was you in fact to start that deal and develop the idea of "Advising " the local people. Isn't that true? He also lives just up the street from you. Last year or so you were nearly arrested on Corn Island over bad business dealings. The Time share on the Pacific side of Nicaragua you were trying to sell never opened and is now closed.

So, it seems that not half of what you claim has truth to it. You have done nothing for Nicaragua except take credit for others work and posted it on MSN. Arm chair or not some people are smarter then you believe them to be and do check you out.

You care to answer any of this last posting? Seems that either they know you or you pissed someone off. I did talk with Padre Porras myself and I myself asked the Mayor of Cararina if he knew you after reading this.

The Mayor had no idea who you were. The other stuff, I do remember you trying to sell me Island property on the Caribbean coast. I even have the video... The people at Estes I talked with have no idea of all this medical equipment delivered. As you know, I am the person who set any of that up. Raburn nor I have heard of any of this stuff. Nothing would have run through Georgia without Raburn knowing.

By the way, I contacted MAP and they do not feel that you nor anyone outside the company has the right to comment on their behalf.. The medical supplies we have gotten from them has been issued by its own merits, not yours.(Who are you) If you are going to be constructive in helping, please focus on that and take a few more trips to my country to see what is really happening.

Only person commenting on their behalf is you. At one time you asked me about getting people to buy the MAP supplies and then you sell some of them for "expenses". All I did was express concern that you needed some overseeing to be sure you weren't doing it this time. If you aren't then you are in the clear right? You ever wonder why you only got two boxes?

So far you have danced around everything except what someone posted. You are the person asking for money every week for projects that don't exist. You even tried to sucker me in on some of your scams.

Julio and Xavier only hear from you when you are in trouble with the law. I asked Julio because you make all these claims of doing things with him. He doesn't know anything about these projects. I asked the Mayor in Catarina about the building projects you were doing and he had no idea of who you were. Thats all..
