Buying property in Nicaragua for 11 cents on the dollar
Sometimes addressing folks on the internet is, well,a bit scarry.There are those guys that SAY they know but never provide any proof. The facts are that those of us who know what they are doing provide proof. Here it is, the last auction for property in Nicaragua, sold to a local bank for .11 cents on the dollar.
a 19.9 million dollar property bought for 2.2 !!!!

El Banco de Crédito Centroamericano (Bancentro) se adjudicó la cartera cafetalera valorada en 19.9 millones de dólares, al pagar por ella 2.2 millones de dólares, es decir el 11 por ciento de su valor nominal, informó ayer el Banco Central de Nicaragua (BCN).
