Be carfull with people ofering parners. My mother has a cyber and is a very competitive busines in Nicaragua. There are mor Cybers that convinet stores now. They are compiting for prices. In Leon ther is an organization of cybers more like a chab er of commece. That is working for the municipality to regulat the busines. Many people open busines with out permints and do not pay taxes they can bring the prices down and kill the one that are legal. bicuse this hapens a lot untill the munisipality closes them down. it coul mean bankrupsi for a legitmed cyber busines.
