Latin American Advisors collection of services will help you work more
effectively in Nicaragua, ready to take full advantage of all the country
has to offer. We can help you plan even before your arrival. We are
constantly exploring new business opportunities and can help you adapt one
of these to your needs, or help you develop your own.

From conception, to site location, from market research to marketing
strategy, to advertising and public relations, on to customer service and
government contacts, we are with you every step of the way.
-

But Could That Work Here?

-

By knowing existing, well-established consumer markets elsewhere it is
possible to infer unmet, under-served demand here. We, of course, work
within one industry in particular but we well know and interact with many
more. Recent work has included market research on diverse projects on both
coasts and this expertise can be quickly employed for you whether you are
planning a new hotel or something completely unrelated to tourism.

The Opportunities We Are Uncovering

-

Our Group spend hour after hour, every week, analyzing local markets and
focusing on exactly what opportunities already exist and those for which a
demand is growing. Moreover we take these assessments to the next and often
subsequent stages. Once an open niche is identified, we investigate how it
might readily be filled.

They consider the mechanics of serving that niche, in the local context.
They consider supply issues, staffing issues, equipment, space and
marketing. The data from each of these processes are compiled and often are
transformed into actual plans. All of this stands ready on our shelves,
revised in light of new data, and ready to be implemented. And if we can do
all this starting from scratch, think what we can do for you with an idea
you already believe in. Consultation takes many forms, for Latin American
Advisors, this is one of them. Talk to us, we're ready for you.

How much do you charge to do the closing on real estate to include registation and all documents on homes and property in nicaragua? What do you charge to register companies? What is your time frame for each?

You get what you pay for.....

Dear Kati,

We do some work for a California man that sells properties in San Juan del Sur. Homestead Lots, he has a slightly better price because he gives us 20 plus registrations per month, either him buying or his clients buying from him, but 10 a month. I can can do something simular with your group.......you sound very much simular to someone I know in Virginia?

Hummmm, he thinks very much as you do....

Again, I regret not being able to help you...

Are you telling me you can have a registered title in Managua in 2 weeks? Your price is too high. You are not in the ball park.

I find all my own property. You can answer the above question, but I know your price is still toooooo high. I know what lawyers cost in Nicaragua and $1500 for closing a house is not what they charge.

Very interesting you posted the private emails from both of us. As far as your you get what you pay for. well we pay out attorney $300 and we get all the work done and the propereties registered in our name. No problems so far. So I guess you do get what you pay for. This same attorney registered our company also for 1/2 your price. I wouldn't have talked about these prices here, but you posted our private emails so I felt it was only fair for me to reply.

Yes you surely do get what you pay for .....
If you would take the time to READ the emails you would have understood that I have a minimum....you see, I canīt do work for folks unwilling to pay!
I am in South Florida and I seem not to have problems with clients that need the work done, RIGHT. Good luck with yours...
I am almost certain, you will be back in court for something or another making your deal of 300 go up a few grand in addtional fees.....lets post in 6 months...

Hello,
It is nice of you to wish us so well. Remember you're the one who chose to post all the e-mails we wrote back and forth. Why would we be back in court? The titles are registered. The bank has already offered to loan us money against those properties if we so choose to finance future purchases. I would be surprised that they would want to loan us money if the titles were not very good. Also our company has been up and running for some time now. With all the government and city licenses and inspections needed. What you have done is to try to scare people into paying more. We have had title for more than six months and our company has been running for more than six months. We were only interested in additional purchases. We bought a new beach house last week. That our same lawyer will be handling. Remember like I said. I would have never posted numbers if I had not come on the web site and noted you posted all our e-mails back and forth. I think it was only fair for people to realize that yours is not the only place in town to go to. I have never disputed the fact that you might be very good at finding properties for people or registering them or starting businesses. All I said was our person does it cheaper because we find our own properties. Also you live in Miami where it is much more expensive to live. For the person who needs a full-service firm to do all the work for them, I'm sure you do very good work. I realize it didn't make you happy I posted the prices I pay, but it didn't make me happy to see that you were posting e-mails that we were sending back and forth. Maybe in the future you should ask people first. Good luck with your busines.

Keith Gould
