Building your home in Nicaragua

Dear Friends & Members:

Thank you for all of you that did take advantage of the things that I have been doing in Nicaragua and some of you for going as far as funding some of my projects. I still am buying land and developing them for residentual or retirement or vacation homes.

I have a list of properties I find suitable and a safe buy and will build a two, three or four bed room house with garage in less than a month. This is achived by using a new material all American product that has all the benifits a 3rd world country like Nicaragua needs. Less expensive than regular construction, energy efficent (R value of 28 )I do still take assignments on a min. weekly bases, but am not accepting to much more of them as I will dedicate all my efforts in development.
Buying property, legalizing it and building a home on them for clients at a pre determined price...here is a little information on the product I am using. I also represent RUUD Air conditioners and Takless water heaters in Nicaragua for these houses and soon will be offering Wind generation as well)

Have a look and Please e-mail me with what ever questions you might have. I can be reached in Miami Florida or Managua, Nicaragua mostly.

We have developed a new building system using interlocking connectors, which enable rapid assembly while minimizing the need for skilled labor and specialized tooling (e.g. cranes). The panels can be assembled in a variety of configurations to meet most construction needs. This produces high quality, low cost housing and commercial structures. These panels are designed to outperform any building system on the market today!

Quick and easy to assemble, energy efficient and durable, the panelized wall system saves the builder and homeowner money.

Company Profile
By 1999 we had a high tech fully automated production facility. Today the plant is fully operational capable of producing several hundred panelized wall systems a year to builders and contractors world wide. We invite all builders and contractors interested in lowering their costs while improving their quality
to visit our Plants tours are accommodated by appointment. For more detailed information please call at 505-2-682874 in Managua, Nicaragua or 305-597-555 in Miami, Fla.

We were
awarded the composite industry’s highest honor at the Composites Fabricators Association 1999 Awards for Composites Excellence for their innovations.

We have assembled a team with extensive experience in advanced composite construction, engineering, design, architecture, project management and finance; set out in a focused path to develop safer, stronger and more cost effective housing systems.

The Company has forged strong partnerships with its suppliers and industry organizations. Combined with a dedicated support group, ASC has one overriding mission: customer satisfaction!

The plant
maintains a 52,000 square foot manufacturing facility incorporating several key innovations in composite and panel manufacturing. The company has developed advanced manufacturing technologies for the continuous conversion of low cost raw materials to produce high performance products at the lowest possible costs.

Our panels are manufactured in six and two foot widths. The interior of the panels is filled with fire retarded polyisocynurate foam. Every six-foot wide panel has vertical electrical raceways installed two-foot o.c. Typical panels are precut in the our factory to your specifications for ceiling height. Typical ceiling heights are 8', 9', and 10' although panels can be purchased in lengths up to 18'. Our panels are offered in two composite configurations: Industrial, and Residential. Industrial panels have super strong and fire retarded fiberglass skins on both surfaces of the structural panels while the Residential panels have gypsum board (drywall) pre-installed on one side of the structural panel.

Our panels use patent pending interlocking connectors that facilitate rapid, unitized assembly in just hours by a small, unskilled crew without the use of cranes or other heavy equipment.

The panels easily integrate with all typical foundation systems as well as typical roof systems. There are no hidden costs with our panel system. When you receive a price quote from a Sales Representative that price not only includes the panels but also all connectors, adhesives, fasteners, and general assembly materials required in the erection of the wall panels. Further, at no additional charge, We provides precise door and window cutouts, as well as cavities to access the vertical electrical conduits. Plus we will train your builder/contractor and will provide on-site technical assistance as needed.

No special tools or heavy equipment are required for assembly. The panels integrate easily with traditional building materials and are designed to accept standard doors, windows, and cabinets, as well as electrical and plumbing systems. The exterior of either the Industrial and Residential panels can be finished in any number of conventional manners including painting the exterior surface. While in most areas stucco-type exterior finishes are considered an upgrade by virtue of the high cost due to labor and set up, stucco-type exterior textures can be applied directly to the exterior of our panels saving the builder significantly. We offer a wide range of standard floor plans and can in most cases accommodate custom floor plans.
