My trip to the First forum of Investors in Managua, Nicaragua was a success and the persons attending were very interested in the amount of investment oppertunities available. In the company of Robert Johanning of Daimler Chrysler Services, (energy) and Carlos Pellas, of the Pellas Group, Michael Kramer of Global Shipping Agencies (Dole Ocean Cargo Express) and many more.

The events were formal and at the same time social and cheerful. We all saw what grand potential Nicaragua has if the investments are made creatively. We feel that the climate is right to come and see what Nicaragua has to offer. The new assurances of the new President and the members of his new cabinet are those of willingness and desire to do what is best for the investor and the country.

On a personal note I have made new ties and re-newed old ones and find myself wanting to be here more so than South Florida. The realm of businesses that are the most attractive to me are Tourism, Construction and Finance.

I have met with the new Minister of Construction and Transport and Jaime Pfaeffle, Dir. Of the Center of Export and Investment for Nicaragua as well as Dr. Anastasio Semariba of COSEP, Roger Lacayo and Silvio Solorzano-Pellas, Minister of Tourism and Miguel Romero, Tourism Chamber of Nicaragua.

The country has open arms for Investment. I will be glad to answer any questions you may have with reference to this and any other querry you may have.

My Interestes in country are:

Real Estate and Construction.

Looking for a working partner for both., or together.

The Construction material is completely US based and the manufacter is a US corporation doing business in the US with all their permits at hand.
The material is something a revolitionary as drywall was when it was orgigially introduced.

I already have a client base for this material with endless options for more. If you would like more details, please feel free to contact me at will.

Real Estate.
I have bought numerous lots for clients at prices that no realator will give anyone. I work with the actual owners of the property and not the middlemen., this keeps the prices low, making them VERY sellable with or without a custom home built on the lots of property.

My meetings with the new Minister of Transportation and the assurances I have received from President Bolan~os office for investors, make these businesses more interesting.

These are two that I want to be hands on with.

My contact information is attached.

It is my stern thought that Technology integration would greatly improve much of Nicaragua's resources and literacy among Nicaraguenses.

Just at thought that has much elaboration behind it.
