Thumbs up Hi Ian

Where are you from? Have you ever been there before? If it's you first time than i will tell you the nicest places to go. I need to know if you know the area or not, or if you are going with friends from Nicaragua.

Carlitos,

I'm coming from Canada with my partner, he is born and raised Nicaragua.
We have several buisness venture possibilities and are going there to investigate.
I don't really need any assitance, just thought there might be somthing else of interest.

Thanks,

Ian

Hotels and Business Ventures

Hello Ian:

I just got back from Nicaragua. I went on a three legged mission, one was a Tourism conference, TREX was good, this is why I can tell you that the Hotels in the area are good because I stayed in them all.
Actually excellant, Business Hotel, Holiday Inn Select 49 a nite. Good location and they pick you up at the airport.(They all do)
Another good choice is the New Intercontinental, really nice about 90 a nite. Good service, the Princess, the another, Inter Contintal has been remodeled, Las Mercedes and Camino Real as well if you want to be close to the airport.

I have photos of all of them , five days old. If your looking for fun and relaxation, Managua is a bit uptight, try Las mercedes, Our largest hotel in the country. Great pool with a huge Waterfall making it even more fun, about 45 dollars.

I also visited, Granada, Masaya, El Crucero, where we are building another orphange, Catarina, San Juan del Norte, Hunting in Puerto cabezas, Waspan y San Juan del Sur in Rivas, Great little place there called El Coco, far away from the hussle of San Juan and soooooooooooooo nice.

I am an investor and take addtional investors to discover Nicaragua. Oh went hunting in la Selva Negra and Fishing for snook and Tarpon on Rio Mategalpa.
Good little airline I can recommend is Atlantic Airlines as well as Costen~a. (The Standard)
Great trip 18 days, got back easter.
The clubs were great. The food was fantastic!!! Las Muchachas oh MY GOD!!!!!!!
Nicaragua is declared one of the safest countries in Latin America at this very moment! So do listen to that other guy give Nicaragua a bad rape...Come, have FUN, Invest and i'll see you poolside.....
