Talking

Hello Jorge,

I am in talks currently to purchase a small 10 acre island call Lime Cay, located in the Pearl Cays of the coast of Bluefields in Nicaragua. The island will hopefully be converted into a luxury eco-tourist escape for couples to relax in the tropical sunshine, in order to carry out this project i will need companies to sort out and facilitate the following

1) water de-salination systems
2) wind and solar powered electricity
3) construction of 5 small one bed + bathroom lodges
4) one large dining and kitchen lodge
5) swimming pool
6) tennis court
7) landscapers
8) jetty and pier construction
plus much much more....

if you can assist in providing reputable companies that can undertake such projects i would be happy to discuss such things with you. You may even be interested in project management? Tourists will be British and American.

you can contact me on

kevin.gall@virgin.net

many thanks

Kevin Godlington

Carib Islands in Nicaragua

Dear Sirs,
Yes you can buy lots in Little Corn island or Greater Corn. Both are clear title.
You can lease them long term as well.

We made a developing plan 4 years ago but was broken up by two investors, Have a look here.

Thumbs down No Thanks

No thanks.......

Investment Fraud

*Don't invest in anything based on appearances. Just because an individual or company has a flashy web site doesn't mean it is legitimate. Web sites can be created in just a few days. After a short period of taking money, a site can vanish without a trace.
*Don’t invest in anything you are not absolutely sure about. Do your homework on the investment to ensure that it is legitimate.
*Do your homework on the individual or company to ensure that they are legitimate.
*Check out other web sites regarding this person/company.
Don’t judge a person/company by their web site.
*Be cautious when responding to special investment offers (especially through unsolicited e-mail).
*Be cautious when dealing with individuals/companies from outside your own country.
*Inquire about all the terms and conditions.
*If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

Business Fraud

*Purchase merchandise from reputable dealers or establishments.
*Try to obtain a physical address rather than merely a post office box and a phone number, call the seller to see if the number is correct and working.
*Send them e-mail to see if they have an active e-mail address and be wary of those that utilize free e-mail services where a credit card wasn’t required to open the account.
*Consider not purchasing from sellers who won't provide you with this type of information.
*Purchase merchandise directly from the individual/company that holds the trademark, copyright, or patent.
*Beware when responding to e-mail that may not have been sent by a reputable company.

This posting has the same phone number of as Jorge Giraldez Benard. Od that it is addressing itself.. Maybe more then one person living in one head? or another group formed from the same people working with Peter Tsokos. At least one player here was in on those land cons.
