I have lived in Nicaragua for over three years. My (Nicaraguan) wife and I wrote this book to help others figure out how to get moved to Nicaragua. I will be entering some discussion of various subjects of interest in other forums but wanted to put in this plug for the book.

I wrote the book because everything I find talks about either travel or about buying a lot, paying off your mortgage, waiting for the kids to get out of school, ... I just think there is a real alternative for people. I see Nicaragua as the land of opportunity and feel confident that virtually anyone can move today, Live Like a Nica and then move themself up the "food chain".
